WATER, SEAS, AND LAKES
 Water is the building block of all life, and water is life. Our plant and all its inhabitances could not exist without it. Every living thing is dependent upon this, our very precious resource for its existence. Life evolved from the Simplest to the most complex of organisms in water. Human reproduction even at this stage of our evolution, still begins water. Our offspring, when it is developing with in the female womb, is living, breathing, and receiving its nutrition through water. Our bodies are composed of 80 % of water. . It is a transporter in the human Circulatory, Digestive, Respiratory, Reproductive and eliminatory system.
We human are truly creatures of the deep clear blue waters
Water physical properties are liquid, solid, and Gas. It chemical properties are a combination of two Elements, one part Hydrogen: two parts Oxygen. It is a good conductor of heat, and electricity. Water in our ocean has positive charge ions. We flock to the seas, or lakes, and go back to our evolutionary begins. There we are cleansed and our spirit is restored and revived .Water if left standing still, unable to move or flow, will become stagnant. It is like the human sprit. Stagnation is equivalent to death.
In the Metaphysical and the Spiritual Realms, and in every Religion on the face of the Earth, water plays an important part of in of these practices. This is observed in Baptisms, bathing, and cleansing rituals that these practices requires for it devotees. Water holds an essential place in these practices, as it is important to everyday life. It is sacred enough to give or sustain life, and it is feared enough to takes life away.
Water is the embodiment of our deepest emotions, our truth, our hopes, and our fears. Dreaming of water tell us about our Psychological state of mind. Clean water represents happiness, prosperity, and Love. Dirty water or stagnant water represents Confusions, depressions or even death.
I enjoy painting water, and yet there is much more that I would like to understand, in order master this subject. When I am approaching this subject in any painting, I always place myself in the midst of the water. I feel it, breathe it; I become one with it. It is such a part of my own existence. I would take long baths and play in the water, if I am not able to go to the ocean myself. I have many dreams as a child of being a merman and had playmates of the mermaids-family. I identified whole-heartedly with the childhood story of the little Mermaid, believing every word of it to be true. This is why I choose for my logo, the merman, and the mermaid. They are the perfect balance of the male and the female energy: the yin and the yen. I am just beginning to understand the multi faceted and multi-refectory surface it seems.
It is as I am. It is simple, yet very complex. I guess water is a paradox, or an in enigma, like me. Please FEAR not. My heart and soul believes in love. I know there is unconditional love that is a part of humanity. We are on a journey where our soul flows towards the sea of consciousness, the water of life, only to become one with Our Creator. |
